Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service What’s Included: -Use of tables and chairs (Lumi 1, 2/3, 4, 5, Fitness Center) -Basic technology (TV, projector, or screen, where applicable) (Lumi 1, 2/3, Fitness Center) Parking: -Included. Validation stickers can be picked up at the time of the reservation at the front desk of the Senior Community Center. What’s Not Included: -Room setup or teardown – Tables and chairs should be returned to its original configuration after use. -Trash removal and cleaning – All trash should be bagged and tied up and placed at the front of the room. -All users will be responsible for leaving rooms clean and packing up all trash at the end of their reservation. If a room is not clean, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card on file.  Booking & Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. -If you do not cancel within this timeframe or fail to show up, you will not be refunded for the room rental fee. -To cancel your reservation, please create an account at stfrancishawaii.org by clicking on the profile icon in the top righthand corner of the menu bar, signing in with the same email you used to make your reservation, and clicking on "My Bookings" to manage your room reservation.
