St. Francis hosts a variety of programs to meet the growing needs of kūpuna and their families. Our services include:
We host adult day care in Liliha
as well as 'Ewa.

We host a skilled nursing facility with short-term rehabilitation services.
​Our intergenerational preschool in ʻEwa allows keiki and kūpuna to learn and grow together.​​​​
Our Franciscan Vistas in 'Ewa offers independent living and a senior community center.

Our inpatient and at-home hospice brings comfort to kūpuna in their final days.
We offer classes and emotional support services to caregivers, including bathing classes and bereavement support.​
Our Hale of Meleana assisted living facility offers a full range of care options for kūpuna to age in place.
Palliative care provides quality of life care to those with serious illnesses.
Our Lady of Keaʻau facility is a spiritual retreat site that also serves the houseless community in Waiʻanae.​
