St. Francis hosts a variety of programs to meet the growing needs of kūpuna and their families. Our services include:
We host adult day care in Liliha
as well as 'Ewa.
We host a skilled nursing facility with short-term rehabilitation services.
Our intergenerational preschool in ʻEwa allows keiki and kūpuna to learn and grow together.
Our Franciscan Vistas in 'Ewa offers independent living and a senior community center.
Our inpatient and at-home hospice brings comfort to kūpuna in their final days.
We offer classes and emotional support services to caregivers, including bathing classes and bereavement support.
Our Hale of Meleana assisted living facility offers a full range of care options for kūpuna to age in place.
Palliative care provides quality of life care to those with serious illnesses.
Our Lady of Keaʻau facility is a spiritual retreat site that also serves the houseless community in Waiʻanae.
