About the event

Physical health, emotional wellbeing and spiritual satisfaction are not separate. Body & Brain practice provides practical techniques to help you care for all three of these important aspects of life. Explore training methods such as yoga, tai chi, breathwork and guided meditation designed to improve your flexibility, balance, agility, and energy. Class is led by certified instructors for Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi. With Brain Education trainings, Body & Brain trainers provide guidance to mindfully manage stress, health and find peace in your days. Classes are online via Zoom. Limited in person spaces are available by appointment.
