St. Francis Hospice Bereavement Services invites you to a life-changing experience! A Rose for Remembrance is a touching interdenominational memorial service that honors the memories of St. Francis Hospice patients and others in our community. It will be held at the Newman Center at the University of Hawaii – Manoa, 1941 East-West Road, on Friday, November 4, 2016, beginning at 7 pm.
This touching memorial service is being held in celebration of National Hospice and Palliative Care Month. You’ll have the opportunity to honor your loved ones by dedicating beautiful roses in their memory. You may bring a 4” x 6” photo of your loved one to share that evening.
Presenting ministers at A Rose for Remembrance are: Kara Dreflak-Utley, Chaplain at St. Francis Healthcare System; Dr. Kahu Kaleo Patterson, President & Chief Executive Officer, Pacific Justice and Reconciliation Center; and Reverend Irene Matsumoto, of Palolo Kwannon Temple. Enjoy music by Skylark.
Refreshments will be served immediately after the memorial service. Parking is available at St. Francis School at no cost. Parking is also available on the UH campus in front of the Newman Center. The cost for on-campus parking is $6, payable at the gate.
