Congratulations to Teri Lawler, who retired after 42 years of dedicated service to St. Francis Healthcare System. Teri started as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Francis Hospital at Liliha and moved to St. Francis Hospice in Nuuanu as a Nurse Technician. More than 20 years ago, she joined St. Francis Health Services for Senior Citizens, our in-home bathing and personal care services program, as a bather.
Teri takes with her fond memories of people and events, and leaves us with an example of someone who truly embraces the values of St. Francis Healthcare System: joy, peacemaking, charity and peacemaking.
“Teri has given of herself tirelessly, and with deep compassion for 42 years. As you move on in your retirement, may these values continue to be yours and may you never doubt the gifts you have given to all of us in the St. Francis family and the larger Oahu community,” said Elizabeth Rexford, Manager of St. Francis Health Services for Senior Citizens.
