Every year, thousands of Hawaii seniors are rushed to the emergency room because of falls and many are hospitalized. Learn how to prevent falls and enjoy exercises to maintain your mobility. Limited to 10 participants. Led by Julie Okamura, MSPT, of Hoku Physical Therapy, located in the St. Francis Kūpuna Village.
