Angelita Ronduen, RN, Quality Assurance Coordinator, has committed herself to St. Francis Healthcare System and its mission with extreme loyalty, professionalism, and vigilance for almost 30 years. She has a strong work ethic and is always proactive, recognizing potential concerns before they occur and resolving them quickly. Her knowledge and willingness to assist wherever needed have made her a valuable asset to our hospice program.
Angie brings a positive attitude to work each day, making it enjoyable for those who work with her, and she finds the good in everyone she works with and in everything, no matter what the situation. She is a peacemaker and has the ability to troubleshoot difficult situations and work to resolve them.
She faced a difficult health issue and turned this personal experience into something positive. She developed a pilot project for St. Francis to provide earrings made by staff to cancer patients who are receiving chemotherapy or radiation to help them feel more beautiful. Additionally, Angie purchases earrings and sends them to a family member in Texas who distributes them to cancer patients there.
She has an abiding faith in God to provide her with what she needs and her actions demonstrate this faith. Congratulations, Angie!
