Our Lady of Kea’au Volunteers

Service to Nonprofits, Outreach to Friends without Homes

Established in 2005, Our Lady of Kea’au is a Franciscan place of prayer, refuge and recreation situated along Oahu’s Waianae Coast.  It is equipped with meeting rooms, a commercial certified kitchen and recreational amenities.

Our Lady of Kea’au is available to community, religious and non-profit organizations for meetings, retreats and celebrations.

The ministry also provides outreach services to the homeless and the disadvantaged.  Some of these activities involve direct contact with homeless individuals and others are important supportive functions.

Volunteers are needed to prepare food, cook, collect and sort clothing and household items for distribution, garden, provide transportation, maintain pool and grounds, clean cabins, run errands,  provide  administrative support. Volunteers are oriented and trained upon acceptance into the program.
