Always a leader in establishing health care services for the people of Hawaii, the St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii has grown from a 50-bed hospital and is now a five-entity corporation following the divestiture of the two medical centers in January 2007. St. Francis is dedicated to providing health care and promoting healthy communities throughout the state.

The St. Francis Healthcare System became operational in January 1996. The System comprises:
