Can I apply for a position that I do not see listed on this website?

• St. Francis only accepts applications for positions that are we actively recruiting for. These positions are listed on our website.

How many positions can a person apply for?

• You may apply for as many positions as you are qualified for. Please read the job summary for the minimum qualifications.

Can I just send in my resume without completing an application?

• We require that an application be completed. You may apply on-line, in person or we can mail you an application.

Can applications be submitted directly to the department that I am interested in working?

• No. All applications must be submitted to Human Resources for appropriate processing and consideration.

How long does the process take?

• Upon receipt of your application, should you meet the minimum qualifications for the position, it will be forwarded to the hiring manager. Should the hiring manager assess that your background meets their current needs, they will contact you directly for an interview. If you do not receive a call within 2-4 weeks, that means that other candidates are being considered.

Will I receive acknowledgement that my application has been received?

• We do not send out confirmations that an application has been received. If you meet the qualifications for the position you are applying for, your application will be automatically forwarded to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager is interested in interviewing you, they will contact you directly. If you do not receive a call within 2-4 weeks, that means that other candidates are being considered.
