- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions; stir in nonpareils. Stand ice cream cones in 13 x 9-inch baking pan or muffin cups. Spoon ¼ cup of batter into each cone.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cook cupcakes completely on wire racks.
- Frost cupcakes and decorate as desired.
Makes 24 cupcake cones.
