Rochelle Takata, On-Site Manager for the St. Francis Intergenerational Center in Ewa Villages, is dedicated, passionate and caring. Rochelle oversees both the preschool and adult day care program. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and cheerfully tackles the multitude of tasks that face her daily. Rochelle is a professional who is committed to ensuring the work is accurate, done correctly the first time, and completed on a timely basis.
Rochelle, who was recently named an Employee of the Quarter, is effective in the many roles she performs. Her department’s finances are in line with the budget, the facility is maintained and our families are provided with excellent service. She exemplifies our value of simplicity with her effective communication, relationship building and constructive use of resources.
Her leadership and wise counsel provide the staff with the guidance they need to be successful in their jobs. She serves as a role model to her staff, has built the enrollment of our pre-school program and helped to build the St. Francis Intergenerational Center into a healthy community in the spirit of Christ’s healing ministry.
