Every day, St. Francis Healthcare Foundation of Hawaii touches lives and helps to make our community healthier and stronger. We support the expanding services of St. Francis Healthcare System and ensure new and existing programs have the resources they need to meet the needs of those in our community.
We recently completed a successful capital campaign to build the new $8 million St. Francis Intergenerational Center in Ewa Villages that combines adult day care and a preschool – two separate programs – at one convenient site.
This would not have been possible without the generous support of so many in our community. We gratefully thank The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, City & County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, as well as private foundations, businesses, organizations, and individuals for making the St. Francis Intergenerational Center in Ewa Villages a reality.
A grand opening celebration for the St. Francis Intergenerational Center was held February 28, 2013, and because of you, older adults and young children are now enjoying the brand new facilities, and parents and caregivers in West Oahu can be assured their children and loved ones are in good hands.
Please continue to find out how you can support us in our mission of creating healthy communities. Thank you so much for caring!Sister William Marie Eleniki, OSF President, St. Francis Healthcare Foundation of Hawaii
